*Ingredients*

22.5cm x 10.5cm x 9.5cm (가로 x 세로 x 높이)
4-5 Fresh Strawberries
300g Bread Flour
220g Milk (+ Pink Icing Color)
9g Dry Yeast
15g Sugar
6g Salt
12g Unsalted Butter

-Filling Ingredients-
½ cup Strawberry Jam
2Tbsp Water
1Tbsp Lemon Juice

-Whipped Cream-
4-5 Fresh Strawberry for Topping
300g Heavy Whipping Cream
30g Sugar

*Tips*

1. Due to the amount of sugar, the first fermentation could take longer than other bread. It could take up to 75 minutes.
2. Assume all water is lukewarm unless stated otherwise. Use warm water during the winter.
3. When you knead the dough with the butter, use room temperature butter. It gets absorbed easily if you knead with your fingertip (like scratching lightly).
4. Use the INSTANT dry yeast ‘Red’.
5. Baking time may vary for every oven.
6. If your oven is too small, the top side could be too dark at the end. Cover the top with a foil sheet after 13 minutes of baking.
7. Turn the pans occasionally for even color on the top.
8. Once the baking is done, take out the pan and smack it on a table so the excessive moisture could escape from the bread.

*Tips*

1. 추운 겨울철에는 1차 발효가 한시간 이상 걸릴 수 있습니다. 반죽이 두배가 될때까지 발효해 주세요.

2. 겨울철에는 물/우유를 따뜻한 상태로 온도를 높힌 후 사용해 주세요.

3. 버터는 항상 실온의 버터를 사용해주세요.

4. 오븐에따라 굽는 시간이 가감될 수 있습니다.

5. 가정용 오븐이 사이즈가 작을 경우, 굽기 시작한 15분 정도 후에는 호일로 빵 윗면을 덮어주고 오버쿡 되지 않게 해주세요.

8. 굽는 시간 중 마지막 10분정도부터는 팬을 돌려서 윗면의 색이 고루나게 해주세요.

9. 오븐에서 막 꺼낸 빵은 틀째 바닦에 '탕탕' 쳐서 빵 속 수분이 빠지게 해주셔야 빵이 주저않지 않아요.
