RYE BREAD with WALNUT and DRIED FIGS

Today we are preparing a traditional bread from Val d'Aosta, PAN NE'R.
This bread made with rye flour and wholemeal flour, is enriched with walnuts and dried figs, practically a Spectacular Bread.
For this recipe you need:
Rye flour 350 g
Wholemeal flour 150 g
Honey 1 tsp
Fresh yeast 13 g
Butter 30 g
Dried Figs 12
Walnuts 12
Salt 1 tsp
Water 300 ml
