Ingredients (16)
160g milk, 7g instant dry yeast
35g sugar, 6g salt
200 g mashed potatoes (potatoes must be cooled down before adding)
Bread flour 350g
40 g butter

Milk temperature
Spring and autumn: room temperature 20-30 minutes or microwave oven 5-10 seconds
Summer: cold
Winter: Microwave 20 seconds

When using a stand mixer (depending on the stand mixer specification)
1. Add all ingredients except butter.
2. Mix for 2-3 minutes at low speed.
3. Mix 5-6 minutes at medium speed
4. Add butter.
5. Mix 5-6 minutes at medium speed
