Описание

You'll be amazed at the array of delicious meals Martin Yan can make in under five minutes each. He starts off with a sumptuous five spice pork chop (1:08). Then he takes a trip to Chinatown to pick up a roasted duck from the market to make his crowd-pleasing roast duck with noodles and sauteed bok choy (9:12). He wraps up the episode with an introduction to a variety of eggs including pink baby birthday egg, salted duck egg, preserved duck egg, and quail egg (15:46) in preparation for one of his signature dishes, an egg foo young omelette (18:37).
