Yup...I gave in and joined the banana bread revolution. There is a reason why this treat is so popular...it's so easy to make and tastes delicious! I've included a couple of tricks showing how to brown your bananas quicker and lining your loaf tin too.

450g old bananas
50g flavourless oil
2 large eggs
100g white sugar
150g brown sugar
300g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
