How are you doing?
It has been a long time since my last video. I had to go to Korea and stay there for a while, which was longer than I initially planned.
I sincerely appreciate you guys for sticking around even though there haven’t been any updates for quite some time. To show how much that means to me, I rushed my first video as soon as I returned to States.

Today, I bring you an easy, easy, super easy recipe for making loaf bread. It is so easy that I bet a child can make this!
I’ve been researching very hard in making keto bread, and this recipe is a happy bonus from my research. I’ve used what I found in that research and applied it to regular bread, and surprise, surprise! It works! I was so happy that I’ve been aching to share with you!

It is not easy anymore to just stroll out to buy a loaf of bread, I know. I hope this video would help you enjoy a delicious meal with your family by making this on your own.

Water 물 200g (If you use Milk, you need 210g of milk – I recommend water, better fermentation)
